Cheesy Peanut Butter and Bacon bites

Makes approximately 60 Bites 


-300g Full fat cottage cheese

-100g Peanut butter (natural peanut butter with no xylitol or other sweeteners used)

-100ml Water

-100g Oats

-150g Wholemeal flour plus extra for dusting the tabletop

-50g grilled, chopped up bacon


  1. Preheat the over to 200°C, fan setting and line 2 baking trays with either greaseproof paper or a silicone sheet (no butter needed)
  2. Blend (in a nutribullet or other blender) the cottage cheese, peanut butter and the water
  3. Transfer the mixture into a mixing bowl
  4. Add the oats, flour (150g) and bacon and combine until it forms a ball
  5. Wrap the dough in clingfilm and refrigerate for 30 minutes
  6. Dust the work surface with the spare flour
  7. Unwrap the dough then roll out on the floured surface to approximately 1cm thick
  8. Use either a knife or shaped cutters to cut shapes into the dough
  9. Transfer the shapes onto the lined baking trays
  10. Bake in the oven for approximately 12 minutes or until golden brown
  11. Store in a tupperware container (will keep for about 5 days) in the fridge or freeze in sandwich bags.
